Hourly Rate
Standard for most Corporate, Property, and Civil Litigation matters. Billed in 6-minute increments with a detailed invoice breakdown for full transparency.
From R1,800 – R3,500 per hour, depending on attorney seniority
Fixed Fee
For well-defined matters like contract drafting, conveyancing, or CCMA representation, we agree on a set fee upfront — no surprises.
From R3,500, confirmed after initial consultation
Contingency Fee (No Win, No Fee)
Available for select civil claims. You pay nothing unless we win your case, in line with the Contingency Fees Act.
Standard rate: 25% of the settlement or court award
Initial Consultation: R950 (waived if you proceed with representation)
